This license allows you to:

• use the downloaded tracks in your software production;
• modify the audio tracks to adapt them to your software production;
• sell and distribute your software production by any means, also producing CDs.

At the following conditions:

• mention the (copy)right owner(s) as provided in Annex B;
  e.g. on websites and portals it is necessary to write “music by Lorenzo Tempesti – https://www.bestproductionmusic.com”
• send (also via internet) to the licensor a sample copy of the CD if duplicated in more than 100 copies;
• notify to the licensor the publication of the software production on the internet;
• respect the law in force.

This license is granted FREE OF CHARGE, but you can be subject to:

• the download cost, in the case the track is provided only by paid download services;
• a donation of the 15% of cash prizes won with the video;
• advertising on videos published on some internet portals (e.g. Youtube);
• copyright fees, only for specific uses like broadcasting, CD duplication, etc. (NO fee is required for publishing on Youtube) may be asked by the Italian copyright collecting agency SIAE - please take any info about this from your local copyright agency representative (e.g. ASCAP, GEMA, etc.).
